We use paymate to process all our credit card orders to ensure the security of your credit card details. Their secure sockets layer encryption ensures you a safe shopping environment so you can be comfortable shopping at our virtual store. If you are in doubt, just check for the small padlock that appears at the bottom of your screen when you are entering your personal and credit card details. This padlock tells you that you are in a secure environment.
If you are happy to use your credit card, please proceed to click on the 'Enter Secure Credit Card Details via Paymate' button. A pop-up screen will open with the 'Paymate' site. All of your order details will appear on this screen but you will be required to enter you personal and shipping details again along with you credit card information. Once you have submitted them, the pop up screen will close and you will be returned to our site.
Simply click on the 'Complete Order' button and you will be finished. You will receive a confirmation email from us as well as Paymate to re-confirm your order and payment details.
To prevent fraudulent orders, products will only be dispatched on receipt of cleared funds.

Please note that orders payed by direct deposit will not be processed until payment has been received. Orders will be cancelled where payments are not received within 3 working days from placement of order.
